1. Refund Eligibility
ProductCraft offers refunds for paid subscriptions under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase
- Refunds are available for monthly and annual subscription plans
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Partial Refunds
For annual subscriptions, if you cancel after the 14-day refund period, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the unused portion of your subscription, calculated on a prorated basis.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free plan usage
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
- Subscriptions that have been cancelled due to violation of our Terms of Service
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
